AN INAUGURATION

on Saturday 14 June 2025.

Join us on Zoom to celebrate The President, the sexy new political thriller by ’s fiction writing alter ego, .

You’ll have to bring your own coffee (catering budget got DOGEd, sorry!); we'll provide the spice. 

Over the course of the hour, you’ll hear a reading, and some conversation about the themes and making of the book. And there’ll be the chance for you to ask your most provocative questions. 

Expect guest appearances, including from Catarina Pereira (Tongues’s creative director and The President’s designer) and Victoria Wigzell of PULP (the workshop which hand-produced the book).

SUMMER, SHE’S HERE!

On Saturday, I lounged like a lizard before getting into my local pool (“just” a half-hour drive away from home, in Ukiah). When I finally dived in, instead of that bracing (but brief) winter-time “argh!” as I hit the water, it was all delicious, “oooooh” — sweet summertime relief.
